We only stayed for one night but we were impressed with this hotel. The staff was helpful and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The location is convenient, with buses easily accessible for exploring nearby attractions. We also appreciated the parking area right outside our room. a great place to stay!

Stayed over the New Year and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel's main street location made it easy to find transportation to nearby attractions such as Puebla Center and Cholula. Additionally, free breakfast and the option to leave the car parked in the hotel's lot were great additions to the experience.
The lack of air conditioning or a fan made it hard to manage the high temperatures. The room's storage options were inadequate with no drawers to store clothes or belongings. Furthermore, the shower door leaked and consequently, the floor tended to get wet. the hotel experience could have been better with a few more improvements.

Great location on the main street with easy access to buses to explore the city. Overnight parking was right outside our room. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was big, clean, and had lovely bay windows. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the hotel restaurant had some great options.
Nothing negative to say.

The parking area is convenient, and public transportation is easily accessible from this centrally-located hotel. the bed and shower were comfortable, and breakfast was included. the room was clean, with large windows providing natural light.
The hotel staff was unhelpful and not fluent in English.

The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a decent restaurant onsite. the location was perfect as it was right on the main street, making it easy to catch buses to explore the city or take a trip to nearby Cholula.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit of a letdown, as was the absence of any drawers in the furniture for storage. the TV reception was poor, and the bed was very hard, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
